AEW ALL OUT 2021 Review

Image
Last night, AEW presented a PPV that can be considered as a PPV of the year. It was full of great matches and surprises. Eddie Kingston vs. Miro TNT Championship I think this was the right choice for opening the show. Two tough guys beating the living hell out of each other. Eddie used some Japanese wrestling moves throughout the match and Excalibur did a great job by mentioning the 90's AJPW influence on Eddie Kingston. He mentioned the names of the Four Pillars (Akira Taue, Mitsuharu Misawa, Toshiaki Kawada, and Kenta Kobashi). That gives the audience some information about the wrestler's background and the stuff that influenced him. I really expected Miro to lose this match. I felt like this was Eddie's time but they decided to continue with Miro. He defeated Eddie with a low blow, followed by a huge roundhouse kick and a thrust kick to finish the job. In that way, they protected Eddie's character. I still think that he will win the gold at some point. Kingston is ...

On September 12, 2021, NOAH will hold one of its annual tournaments “N-1 Victory”. This year’s edition of N-1 Victory will be different as there will be 4 different blocks with 16 participants in total, unlike the previous two years where there were 2 blocks. The tournament will take place in two different places. While the shows on September 12, September 26, and October 3 (The show on 10.3 will be a one-night tournament where semi-finals and the final match will be done) will be held at Korakuen Hall (Tokyo), the rest of the shows of this tournament (September 18, 19, and 20) will be held in an empty arena. The winner of the tournament will be able to challenge Naomichi Marufuji for the GHC Heavyweight Championship on October 10th at Edion Arena Osaka. A Block Takashi Sugiura/杉浦貴 Takashi Sugiura is the current leader of Sugiura Army (Sugiura-gun), and the current GHC National & ZERO-1 World Heavyweight double champion. Despite being the double champion, this is not enough for Sug...

AEW All Out 2021 Preview

Image
All Elite Wrestling, the most talked-about company of recent months, is holding its biggest show of their history with ALL OUT on this Sunday, September 5th September 5th. The match card, which was shaped 2 weeks before the show, is rather interesting. Even if it might be a short one, I would like to share my thoughts and opinions about the match card and the show as a whole. Best Friends & Jurassic Express vs. Hardy Family Office I hope that the mid-card feud from the recent months will be going to end in the first match of the pre-show/Buy-In. In recent months, one of the biggest problems of AEW was to use a lot of wrestlers in their shows. They could’ve elevated young talents from Dark, and there’s a lot of them, instead of using Yuta Wheeler (a freelancer) on their shows. I enjoy watching Daniel Garcia’s adventure but do they need him in the first place? Does Matt Hardy have to be a manager for three of the “mid-card heel” tag teams? It was criticism towards AEW instead o...

For this card not only we will see New Japan wrestlers but also STARDOM wrestlers, they will have two matches, one for each day and it will be on the NJPW World. This marks the first time that STARDOM matches will be on the NJPW World. These matches are announced as Lady C & Maika vs. Momo Watanabe & Saya Kamitani for Night One and Syuri & Giulia vs. Momo Watanabe & Saya Kamitani for Night Two. Queen's Quest(Momo Watanabe and Saya Kamitani) pulling double duty against their opponents, these matches will be good for anyone who aren't familiar with these wrestlers. Night One Matches, September 4 Flying Tiger (Robbie Eagles and Tiger Mask IV) vs. Los Ingobernables de Japon (Bushi and Hiromu Takahashi) This match will probably act as a previ...
